Tasks and Responsibilities

• Interfacing with IT for definition of firewall rules, operating systems and software permissions, etc., small changes
• Interface with the labs and QA for equipment related issues/inquiries
• Creation and execution of equipment-related change requests
• Small qualification activities by simple and computerized instruments, as well as the chromatographic data system (CDS)
• Review of audit trails
• Archival of systems as virtual machines and periodic testing
• Management of the inventory in SAP
• Involvement in assessments and investigations
• User management of QC computerized instruments
• Update of procedures and forms
• Assessment of pharmacopeias general chapters
• Support the automation system team with knowhow and by peak activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in qualification and operation of computerized systems in GMP
• Proven experience in the qualification of automatic system (e.g. sample preparation)
• Good knowledge of analytical techniques
• Good IT knowledge (Windows permissions, active directory, networks, VMWare virtual machines)
• Knowledge of CDS, in particular Empower
• Good knowledge of GMP and data integrity principles
• Fluent in German language (at least C1), English is an advantage
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
