\\n The Senior Project Manager is fully accountable for the execution of transformation, change, delivery and run of IT services towards AZ Technology\\\'s customers.

The position holds end-to-end responsibility for the delivery & operations of all related Allianz Technology services covering applications and infrastructure along with responsibility for the associated financials. The position is responsible for the integration of the insurance / global line OE\\\'S legacy application services into AZT\\\'s global delivery model, delivering the Business Master Platform (BMP) and execution of the S2V transformation program in the region/for the customer.

You will

• Manage OE demands & align these demands with IT functions inside AZT & AZ SE H resorts regarding compliance to AZ Group IT & business governance
• Steer integration & mgmt of customer legacy systems including driving decommissioning and harmonizing according to the transformation plans; responsible for the replacement of legacy with target Group solutions
• Be responsible for adoption of shared services, Group target platforms and transformation projects delivery and thus for the overall delivery of the IT roadmap towards the customer.
• Ensure the OE/region transformation roadmap is in line with the Allianz Group strategy in terms of harmonization and standardization
• Manage and coordinate the OE/region transformation roadmap\\\'s programs and projects either directly as program/project lead or via managing the respective program / project leads (for e.g. ITMP and specific OE/regional programs) in alignment with IT and support functions
• Synchronize and steer the respective Global Product Areas in a matrix organization
• Oversee that the transformation program is managed in budget and on time
• Organize and orchestrate the program team consisting of ring-fenced resources of IT and/or support functions and the associated OE experts to deliver the transformation program
• Responsible for the progress reporting and stakeholder management of the transformation program
