Plan, delegate, and coordinate project tasks across engineering and other departments
Oversee technical, financial, schedule, and quality aspects, ensuring alignment with KPIs and ESH standards
Ensure compliance with all contractual project requirements and obligations
Maintain up-to-date financial tracking (SAP), issue invoices, and follow up on payments
Ensure timely decision-making and swift resolution of project issues
Optimize costs and cash flow without compromising quality or schedule
Report project progress and performance to stakeholders and senior management
Identify and document lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
Manage guarantee cases and ensure full compliance with change management procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience: 7+ years in project management and engineering within process plants (Oil & Gas, chemicals, pharma)
Education: Master\\\'s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
Certifications: PMP or IPMA is a plus
Languages: English required; German or French is a plus
Technical Skills: Strong expertise in project delivery, engineering interfaces, and cross-department coordination
Soft Skills: Team leadership, communication, and ability to work in multicultural environments
IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project) and SAP
