In close collaboration with the CIO and Project Manager, you will the define and coordinate the projects across the organization in different countries around the world.

Your mission:

- Define the program for the global digitalization project : scope, deliverables, timelines, resources
- Ensure the successful execution of the project within the program
- Guide and mentor the project management team
- Identify and assess risks, develop strategies to minimize them
- Manage the budget and allocate resources efficiently
- Provide complete and regular reports on project progress, maintain documentation in compliance with internal standards and policies
- Identify opportunities for improvement (e.g. tools, methodologies) and be proactive
Your profile:

- +10 years of experience in program/project management in an international context
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in ERP, CRM implementation (requirements gathering, design, configuration, deployment)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies
- Flexible, able to manage conflicts, adapt and find solutions in difficult situations
- Excellent communications skills with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Customer-oriented, able to understand business requirements and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Fluent in English and French : mandatory, German : a strong asset
