We are looking for a proficient Linux System Administrator with strong understanding of Linux server management and monitoring. Knowledge of TrueSight and its migration to Helix is considered a significant advantage for this role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our Linux-based servers, as well as expertise in IT Operations and insfrastructure management.

What You Will Do

• install, configure and maintain the TrueSight platform, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest software releases and patches
• manage and maintain our Linux-based servers, ensuring their reliability, security and performance
• troubleshoot and reslove technical issues, providing technical support to other teams as needed as well as monitoring the performance and availability of the platform and work to optimize and improve it
• create and maintain scripts (e.g. Bash, Python) to automate routine administrative tasks and enhance operational efficency
• prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides and standard operating procedures
• stay up-to-date with new and emerging features, making recommendations for how they can be leveraged to improve the platform

What You Bring

• bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well proficiency in Linux Operating Systems (e.g. CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat)
• proven experience as a Linux System Administrator
• knowledge of TrueSight monitoring tools and their capabilities as well as relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Linux+, Red Hat Certified Engineer) is a plus
• strong understanding of network protocols, security principles and system administration best practices
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
• excellent verbal & writing skills in English are a must
