The Payroll Switzerland team supports the approximate 4,500 employees based in Switzerland across multiple locations and legal entities. We work closely with Finance, Business Managers and various HR teams on a variety of topics. We provide a work environment based on trust, collaboration, safety, support, accountability and fairness. Main Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and control of all payroll relevant data in SAP and application of various tools (Workday, HrX, SFDC) - Handling of family allowances, EO / MSE administration, employer certificates and withholding tax - Execution of payroll processes according to compliance requirements (SOX) - Handling of invoice account assignment (Payroll Vendors) with Ariba in cooperation with Finance and Procurement - Daily allowance accounting and salary reductions for long-term absences using UKA - Communication and coordination with the withholding tax offices and the compensation office - Support for Global Mobility - Contact person for employees with questions regarding payroll accounting - Contact person for payroll team members in case of complex questions regarding salary accounting, including escalation and root cause analysis - Active participation in the design and optimization of work processes
Who we are looking for:
- Commercial education - Extensive experience in various areas of salary administration - Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken - Very good analytical skills - Very good MS-Office skills (Excel, Word & Outlook) - Work experience with SAP - Service-oriented, structured, accurate and reliable - High degree of self-motivation and positive attitude - Understanding of Global Mobility processes is an advantage This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited until December 31st, 2024, with the option for extension.
