Our client is a reputable IT management consultancy that aims to achieve sustainable growth and consistently enhance their expertise in the realm of digital consulting. They are consistently seeking highly skilled professionals to be part of the expanding Pharma & MedTech team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in their business-oriented IT endeavours such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Sales & Marketing, and Quality Management, within the context of digital transformation.
• Providing guidance to clients in formulating their digital transformation strategy, while also managing the implementation of projects and industry-specific system integrations. In this capacity, you would serve as the bridge between business and IT.
• Playing an active part in expanding the customer portfolio within the Pharma & MedTech sectors.
• Moreover, you would contribute to shaping the industry-specific service offerings to align with the requirements and emerging trends in digital transformation within these industries.

Ideal Profile

• University degree in IT or a scientific discipline.
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical and/or MedTech industries, specifically in business-related IT, with knowledge of industry-specific requirements and trends.
• Strong customer network and proven track record in business development and account management.
• Ability to create customer-specific solutions and contribute to the development of the Pharma and MedTech industry.
• Leadership experience and expertise in employee development.
• In-depth knowledge of business-related IT systems and processes in areas such as Clinical Trial Systems, LIMS, Regulatory Information Management Systems, Production, QMS, and MES.
• Proficiency in digital transformation within Pharma and/or MedTech, including strategy definition and project implementation.
• Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methods; certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe are advantageous.
• Effective communication skills across various levels, from management to technical representatives and IT team members.
