About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluation, development and management of branded collaborations from strategy to implementation to lift the Swarovski brand and to contribute to reach commercial targets.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop & execute strategy for collaborations, building a pipeline of collaborators in line with brand equity and commercial targets as well as creative vision
Lead evaluation of collaboration pipeline incl. partner outreach and pitch
Negotiating and managing collaboration contracts
Manage enforcement and monitoring of collaboration execution within Swarovski and with the partners, ensuring constructive relationship and regular contact with key stakeholders
Secure seamless integration into overall Swarovski business processes
Performing compilations and analysis of royalty reports and forecasting
Develop collaboration concept ideation and drive business case development in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Planning and Merchandising Teams
Drive 360 activation to meet branding and commercial targets managing a strong interface cross functional central and local teams, and be responsible for communication assets briefing in line with contract obligations
Monitor marketing & sales performance and synthesize key learnings to apply for future pipeline
Monitor market/ fashion/ culture trends to stay on top of developments and ahead of consumer demands
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree/ Education, preferably in Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting in a fashion and luxury sector
Strong business acumen
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with the MS Office tools
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
