\\n Join our team at the Group\\\'s Corporate Center to support the IP Legal Team regarding various aspects in relation to our Zurich intellectual property (including trademarks, patents, domains, copyright etc.).

The IP Legal Team currently consists of one highly experienced lawyer and one highly experienced paralegal located within the Corporate Center of the Zurich Insurance Group in Zurich, Switzerland. The team is part of the Group General Counsel Area, and provides IP related services, legal advice and support in particular to the Group Customer Office with regard to the Zurich brand but also IP related advice as requested by other Group Functions and Businesses at Corporate Center, for example by Group Technology and Operations in relation to protection of innovations (e.g. by patents).

In this new role, you will strengthen the IP Legal Team with supporting on all these various IP related aspects.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the other members of the IP Legal Team to provide internal stakeholders with practical guidance and actionable advice to safeguard Zurich\\\'s intellectual property (incl. trademarks, patents, domains, copyright)
• Maintain and continuously develop the intellectual property framework, including relevant processes, guidelines, templates and trainings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in Zurich business units globally to support them on questions regarding the intellectual property framework of the Group

What you bring

• Law degree and preferably admission to a bar
• At least 5 years of experience on IP Brand, Domain, Patents and Copyright (preferably in a law firm and/or legal department of a complex enterprise)
• A proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think out of the box and a commitment to being a team player
• Ability to handle numerous and competing tasks and priorities, and to be resourceful and composed under pressure, coupled with excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent command of English; other languages desirable
• Good conceptual, organizational and analytical skills and excellent verbal and writing skills
• Unquestioned integrity, including observation of highest ethical standards and acting in the best interests of the Group and its stakeholders
