Delivers analytical support for HR-related processes, systems, and protocols across different locations, regions, or divisions.
Analyzes data to identify trends and implications, preparing communications for HR leaders.
Supports organizational change endeavors, collaborating with HR Operations and the HR business partner team.
Collaborates with HR business partners to create HR-related communications for employees.
Description du profil :
Excellent command of the Swiss labor law required.
Minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in a similar HR Generalist role in Switzerland.
Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently within a team-oriented setting and a matrix organizational structure.
