About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Acting in three roles Architect, Manager, and Orchestrator as key enabler provide transparency in results by means of recurring and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
Designing and standardizing the financial governance instruments and processes e.g. financial steering concept, dimensions, attributes and KPIs.
Working with financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP BW Queries, Workbooks, Reports\\xe2\\x80\\xa6) and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau) ensuring systems driving efficiency and effectiveness towards a state-of-the-art end-result
Designing ad hoc analysis on request of top management for fact-based decision making
Managing the execution of financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and consistent financial results provided across all deliverables
Planning, executing and/or leading selected special projects that require cross-functional engagement and external stakeholders, as appropriate. E.g. leading data governance and master data management enhancements
Acting as an internal consultant and advisor to other team members within Business Finance and beyond whenever profound and in-depth knowledge about financial reporting is required
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree, preferably in Management, Economics or Finance
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in using reporting tools such as SAP BW and Tableau
Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
