Reporting to: Finance Manager - J&J Vision Principal
Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of Johnson & Johnson\\\'s Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst (SFA). This role will be based in Zug, Switzerland.
Overview
The Principal team is the finance cornerstone supporting the execution of the global tax model for J&J Vision. Its scope is defined as the financial management and governance of the Principal P&L, including Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP), foreign currency and hedging, and Intercompany Pricing (ICP) and addback calculations.
Within the Principal team, this position is focused on the Vision Care franchise. The SFA plays a key role in collaborating with regional BUF teams, Global FP&A and Global Tax Planning to ensure timely and accurate analytics, and reports to the Principal Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of the role include:
Management of the Principal P&L, driving insights in forecasting and reporting of
Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP).
Profit in Inventory (PII) elimination analytics.
Foreign currency forecasting and OCI accounting.
Intercompany royalty calculation.
Lead ICP setting and Addback Calculation
Calculation of intercompany prices (ICP\\\'s) in line with Transfer Pricing principles aligned with Global Tax Planning.
Drive end-to-end GP visibility for affiliates through validated Addback analytics.
Maintain automated addback module in TM1.
Foreign currency management.
Explain impact of foreign currency movements on franchise financials.
Promote a strong compliance environment within the existing SOX and J&J WWP framework. Support both internal and external audits as required.
Ad hoc analytics supporting business development.
Finally, the SFA should continuously challenge the status quo, actively looking for process improvements and simplifications.
Qualifications
Excellent communication & business partnering skills in global matrixed organization.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Familiarity with J&J ERP and reporting systems (SAP, BI, TM1).
Experience with advanced analytics tools (Alteryx, Tableau, MS Flows) is considered an asset.
Attention to detail and first-time-right mentality.
3+ years finance/accounting experience, including business planning, reporting, and analysis.
Bachelor and/or Master\\\'s Degree in Finance or Economics.
