As a Senior ERP System Analyst, you\\\'ll be a vital part of the team, working closely with their Finance international organization and collaborating with colleagues worldwide. You won\\\'t just be a part of the team; you\\\'ll be a leader in it. Your role involves providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, enhancing existing processes, and spearheading the implementation of new requests. Plus, you\\\'ll be responsible for IT GMP validation execution and system administration support for assigned systems.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Be the top business systems analyst for Oracle EBS, helping Finance projects and improvements, mainly in banking and cash management.
Offer expert support to expand the ERP use, focusing on Finance AP. Knowing about Finance GL, AR, Fixed Assets, Sub-ledger Accounting, Standard Cost, FSG, E-Business Tax, Intercompany Pricing, Cash Management, and Banking Integrations is a plus.
Lead the setup and ongoing care of assigned IT systems and apps, including testing and user testing before launching.
Study business needs, collect requirements, make solutions, analyze systems, and manage apps.
Check how well existing apps work and figure out ways to make them better.
Help with regular SOX internal audits and provide any needed support or info.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and vendors.
Act professionally, know IT solutions well, and understand how they fit in the business.
Spot risks and plan with the business and other IT folks.
Talk with business partners about their needs and tech solutions.
Decide what\\\'s most important and adjust quickly when things change.
Give advice to management about tech and process problems.
Help our internal customers come up with test cases and situations.
Keep positive relationships within the IT team.
Qualifications needed to set you up for success:
A degree in Computer Science, business, or life science.
9+ years of experience as a System Analyst, handling big IT projects, including software, business stuff, projects, and making things work better, especially in Banking and Cash Management.
Know how to use Oracle Cash Management and set up banks, bank statements, and payments.
Help with month-end and year-end money stuff.
Solve tech problems and understand tech solutions.
Work with a big system like Oracle EBS.
Talk and write well, and be good at explaining things.
Write down what you do and make plans.
Know about GAMP5, GMP, and ITIL service stuff.
Be good at thinking about how things work.
Understand how apps work, like databases and reports.
