\\n \\n Senior Engineer - Small MoleculesThe Senior Engineer \\xe2\\x80\\x93 Small Molecules is responsible for designing and creating standardized operating procedures for our client\\xe2\\x80\\x99s global facilities. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to develop best practices and ensuring compliance with design standards for new small molecule API production facilities.Location: VispContract: Start ASAP duration 12 months initiallyLanguage: German and English preferedKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the small molecules design guideline based on existing internal frameworks.
- Collaborate with experts across functions to integrate process best practices into standard operating procedures.
- Provide expertise on design standards for constructing new small molecule API production facilities.
- Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in engineering (process, pharmaceutical, biochemical, or equivalent) with extensive project management or operational experience in small molecules.
- Expertise in cGMP regulations for chemical API production.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in international settings.
