We are looking for Standard IT supporter who will be delivering onsite IT support & services to all users of our client in Germany. The client s location is switzerland. Standard IT supporter is a team player with good communication skills and with a focus on end user experience, willing to learn and share knowledge.The support is delivered both as walk-in support and on-site support upon demand, and supporters work with all assigned tasks respectively. The support is highly based on collaboration and participating in coordination and stand-ups is an obligatory part of ensuring high quality towards end-users. We work in a global environment, where tickets are handling in a global setup and there is close collaboration with ServiceDesk and other on-site support-teams across the globe. (1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue (2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time (3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
