Senior Consultant in Financial Services

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Senior Consultants to join a highly successful Financial Services team in Switzerland.

Our portfolio of consulting expertise ensures we can offer clients true strategic transformation by placing people at the heart. We design target operating models (ensuring the business and people strategies aligns for success), drive organizational effectiveness, process re-engineering, cultural transformation ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Our team works in an integrated manner with different solution teams across the globe. The team designs and implements meaningful transformation through truly understanding the genetic DNA of the organization. Using our in-house digital tools, we dive deeply into employee perception and behaviours whilst analysing both processes and frameworks to uncover the true landscape.

You must be fluent in German and English (any other languages are welcomed)

Primary Responsibilities

• You work in a varied, international, and demanding client environment.
• You support the team in different areas of consulting with a focus on the Financial Services Industry.
• You lead the day-to-day activities of projects or workstreams of larger programs.
• You evolve with the requirements of clients and their expectations with the aim of creating added value from our consultancy work.
• Continue to develop a strong internal brand with a network of Korn Ferry Advisory colleagues to receive guidance, leverage resources, identify additional sources of project work, etc.
• Applying the standard Korn Ferry Advisory offerings to the clients needs.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

• A relevant higher (Master\\\'s or Doctorate) degree
• Has gained 3-5 years experiences in the Financial Services or Consultancy industry

• You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence.
• You are a team player and at the same time interested in independently driving forward tasks and responsibilities.
• You are fluent in German and in English (both spoken and written), working knowledge of French is a plus.
• You will be based in Zurich and are flexible to work on engagements in other parts of Switzerland and/or abroad.
