plan, execute, and close projects in a timely and efficient manner creating or leveraging project management methodology and tools. Facilitate definition of project scope, objectives, tasks, and resources, as well as ensuring that all project goals are met. Serve as a central point of communication, coordinate team members, and manage project risks, timelines, and budgets. Play PMO role for culture and development initiatives \\n
develop and execute change management strategies and plans for organizational initiatives. Enable others to manage change by providing expertise advise, building change management capability, and contributing to designing and implementing change management support model \\n
prepare and or review top management presentations. Manage HR communication initiatives such as newsletter. Develop or support development and implementation of communication and engagement plans \\n
conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth and drive the implementation of measures in collaboration with the relevant team members or business partners \\n
manage culture and development team governance and act as PMO for culture and development initiatives. Lead interns and trainees assigning them to the right initiatives and supporting their development \\n
\\nWhat You Bring \\n
\\n
5-8 years relevant experience in Change Management / Organizational Development & Project Management at global or regional level \\n
strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and present complex ideas and data in a clear and compelling manner, including presenting and facilitating workshops. Influencing and stakeholder management \\n
proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Strategic mindset and ability to prepare concepts to address challenges and opportunities in area of expertise \\n
ability to drive change, set-up and manage projects directly or through a network. Provide guidance, manage performance, consult and coach project and team members \\n
sensitivity and awareness of cultural differences and the ability to effectively operate with a global mindset and at global level. Languages: Proficiency level for English required, proficiency level for German and Spanish is a plus \\n
