The employee:
always acts in accordance with (group) directives on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, anti-corruption/bribery and the detection of transactions with countries subject to an embargo,
carries out its tasks in accordance with existing anti-corruption/bribery laws, while respecting the Code of Conduct of the Group,
ensures compliance with and monitoring the correct application of the directives and compliance instructions in relation to the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing, internal and external corruption, market integrity, banking and tax laws and ensuring compliance with international financial sanctions and the KYC regulations,
guarantees compliance with the principle of protecting customer interests in the marketing of products and services and ensures that all team members act with ethical integrity, in accordance with the Group\\xe2\\x80\\x99s Code of Conduct.
Activities
a) Sales of Products She / he is responsible for identifying, analysing, selling and supporting all Cash Management products and services globally to the existing customer base and targeted prospective corporate clients She / he works closely with relationship officers in the end-to-end sales process by providing a superior level of customer service.
b) Responding to Request for Proposals (RfP) She / he responds to Requests for Proposal (RfP); assesses customer needs and recommends effective strategies regarding the Cash Management business; negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions.
c) Implementing the bank\\xe2\\x80\\x99s growth strategies She / he contributes to the Bank\\\'s deposit growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of Cash Management products and services.
d) Operational Risk She / he contributes to the operational risk and permanent control framework.
Qualifications
Educational Background She / he has an university degree in Business Administration or similar.
Professional Experience She / he has profound working experience as Cash Management Sales in an international bank (min. 5 years).

a) Ability to provide Cash Management and or Deposit solutions to Corporate Clients She / he has full knowledge and can apply this knowledge/skill to handle complex and unusual situations. She / he is capable to prepare or modify norms, procedures or standards in this field. She / he is recognized by his peers as an expert.
b) Commercial development & Customer relationships: Selling techniques She/ he has full knowledge and can apply this knowledge/skill to handle complex and unusual situations. c) Corporate Clients For sectors, products, services & market: Knows precisely the market and all the different offers and has very deep knowledge about one product / service (or more), its characteristics, benefits and drawbacks for the different uses possible and client targets; has good benchmark For clients: know all the characteristics of this client profile, its full needs and the relevant corresponding offer. Is recognized by his/her peers as an expert knowledge.
d) Language skills (English mandatory, French mandatory, German mandatory) She / he can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontanelty that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Can produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
