\\n\\n\\n In this role you will be a vital member of Accelleron Switzerland Finance team based in Baden. You will provide key support to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of all related transactions. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will control measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications, identify risks and recommend actions.\\n

\\n\\n\\n Your responsibility:\\n
\\n- \\n
- \\n\\n Performing business controlling tasks.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Contributing in planning processes like budget, forecast and their data preparation.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities incl. management reporting. Analyzing and commenting on deviations.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Supporting the Head of Finance on ad hoc requests from Management.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Challenging the status quo and work on continuous process improvements in the related fields.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Ensuring compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines, supports internal and external audits.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Driving improvement initiatives for Analysis for Office automating controlling processes and act as content creator for SAP analytics cloud.\\n\\n
\\n Your background:\\n
\\n- \\n
- \\n\\n Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a finance related field.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n At least 5 years of experience in a Controlling and/or Accounting role.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software (like SAP CO and Business Warehouse).\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Experience with dashboard solutions (e.g. SAP Analytics cloud) would be an advantage\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Expert in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point), affine to IT and digital tools.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills in German & English.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Quick comprehension and good analytical skills.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Reliable Team-Player and fully committed to deadlines.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n Independent and proactive way of working.\\n\\n
- \\n\\n US-GAAP and /or IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER accounting know-how.\\n\\n
