What you will do
You will drive the overall risk assessment and audit planning and, determining the right audit scope, key risks to be addressed and most suitable audit techniques and approaches in collaboration with the Audit Director
You will keep the the business safe by overseeing the execution of a portfolio of audit engagements end-to-end, including audits across Property and Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance business in Switzerland
You you contribute to create a collaborative and supportive team environment while overseeing the quality of outcomes
You will influence senior leaders in the Business Unit Switzerland through strong relationships and insights and acting as a strategic partner for the Audit Director
You will identify themes and trends, systemic/emerging issues and sharing insights with senior management as well as well as supporting reporting into Group and relevant local Boards and Audit Committees
What you bring
Bachelor\\\'s or master\\\'s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience in Audit
Relevant experience at a senior level role in financial services or insurance with a proven record of working with and influencing executive/ senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of the Property and Casualty (P&C) and/or Life insurance business, including Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Reserving, regulatory requirements, with a record of identifying value add observations
Good understanding of the audit methodology required to deliver excellent audit outcomes and the skills and competencies needed to provide quality, impactful and insightful audit reports. This includes a good understanding of the power of data analytics.
Fluent written and spoken English, very good German language skills are a must
