\\n For one of our clients, a family office in Geneva we are looking for a :Senior Accountant Family OfficeFor a permanent position, 60% to 100%
- Monitoring investments portfolios (funds subscriptions & redemptions)
- Establishment of performance reports (Excel)
- Properties management (follow up and renewal of insurance, management of household staff, monitoring of maintenance or renovation work)
- Preparation of expenses reports and budgets
- Administration of offshore companies
- Accounting & VAT return of the Swiss companyand cooperation with the Auditors
- Opening of bank accounts in Switzerland and abroad
- Compliance with banks and Trustees
- Various personalassistance(hotel reservations, onlinepurchased,and follow-up of agenda
- Previously worked in a family office as an accountant
- You have a specialized degree in Swiss accounting
- Great team player with positive mind-set
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to perform detailed reports
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Sensitivity to the risks inherent in the function
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Ability to summarize complex topics and multi-task skills
- Fluent in both English and French
