\\n Are you looking for the responsibility of an own corporate client portfolio as well as building and maintaining (end-to-end) client relationships? Then this might be your future role! You will be responsible for implementing and supporting new client equity compensation plans and acting as main point of contact for plan participant needs (end user level), including trade execution. Supporting the development of new product feature requirements and provide strategic input for future activities will be another key task of yours, as well as conducting presentations and leading client meetings. In this role, you will be collaborating with internal partners (e.g. Private Banking, Corporate Banking, Legal & Compliance) and be responsible for the day-to-day plan and data maintenance. As an additional task, you will be involved in our sales and marketing activities. We expect you to act consistently with our company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s values and maintain the organizations reputation for high standards of business conduct.

Qualifications
As our future colleague, you bring with you:
University level degree in Economics (or similar studies)
Excellent, strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills (with corporate and private clients)
3+ years of working experience in the equity based compensation services industry
Proven track record in client facing roles and operations
Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance client centric culture
Sound knowledge of MS-Office (in specific MS Excel)
Native German skills, very good English and strong French skills, Italian would be an ad-vantage
