Are you an experienced and self-driven project manager looking for a challenging opportunity to lead the implementation of cutting-edge security technology? We are looking for a talented and highly motivated self-employed Project Manager to spearhead the rollout of CCTV systems across more than 40 fitness clubs throughout Switzerland. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing member safety and security within our fitness centers.

Duration: 4-5 months

Your profile:

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field, ideally also a certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong understanding of CCTV systems, encompassing hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully close projects.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management as well as skill in risk assessment and mitigation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Capability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of the requirements and challenges within the fitness industry as well as familiarity with fitness center layouts, potential security risks, and high traffic areas.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management on different levels in the organization as well as the ability to understand the impacts on different departments and involve them accordingly.
• Ideally knowledge of local, state, and national regulations pertaining to CCTV usage and privacy.
• Skills in negotiating contracts and service agreements.
• Track record of overseeing and managing the change process, particularly during the introduction of new technologies or practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities as well as effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Understanding and respect for the member experience as well as alignment with the values and culture of PureGym.
• Prior experience in safety and security projects is a bonus.
