YOUR CHALLENGE

Drive and develop the roadmap of IT Security Workplace Architecture as the business evolves

Define guardrails for delivery projects to ensure compliance with security controls and measures

Identify and exploit the re-use of IT workplace security components, patterns and techniques, esp. driving the target security architecture for MS365 and particular products

Continuously develop and improve the bank\\xe2\\x80\\x99s IT workplace security standards and guidelines, assessing and implementing requirements from customers and stakeholders

Ensure that IT security controls are known and enable projects on all security architecture matters, esp. for ExO, Sharepoint, Azure/EntraID and collaborations tools (e.g. WebEx, teams, Blackberry, ..) as well as security concepts (e.g. ZTNA, BYOD, XDR)

Assess any exceptions to standard patterns and make risks transparent

YOUR PROFILE

Able to collaborate closely with all disciplines of Enterprise Architecture, Information Security / CISO, Security Engineering

Good understanding of the full lifecycle of enterprise projects

Knowledge in the areas of Cloud (deployment and operation model), DevSecOps, IAM and Cyber Defense

Experience in creating and maintaining IT security standard documents

Experience with banking specific cyber and data protection regulations is a plus

University or equivalent degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science, information systems or related

Structured, thorough, precise, and goal-oriented personality with strong analytical skills

Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT security from previous companies

Knowledge of IT Security Frameworks (e.g. CIS, NIST, BSI, ISO 27000)

Highly proficient in spoken and written English; German is a big plus

Certification such as a CISSP, CISM, or respective SANS GIAC certifications are a plus
