As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for leading and managing the application of Agile methodologies at Hexagon. You will interact with 2-3 teams (each around 8 people) based in Zug.

In this role you will work closely with Product Development Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and Product Managers to ensure product design is always aligned with business requirements and project milestones are delivered according to agreed timeline.

• Lead with influence, without ego and exhibit a collaborative spirit, with an unyielding motivation to do what\\xe2\\x80\\x99s best for the organization

This is you

• Minimum of 2 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 practicing agile scrum master experience
• Minimum 2 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in solution delivery, especially information management and data engineering solution delivery, analytics delivery and delivery of solutions designed to simplify operational workflows
• Minimum 2 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in mentoring and developing scrum team members strongly preferred
• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred
• Experience in software development would be a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with leaders, stakeholders and team members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
