• Eigenst\\xc3\\xa4ndige Identifikation und Umsetzung von Ma\\xc3\\x9fnahmen im Produktionsprozess
• Durchf\\xc3\\xbchrung des festgelegten Produktionsplans und Abstimmung mit der Produktionsleitung bez\\xc3\\xbcglich etwaiger Abweichungen oder Unterbrechungen im Produktionsprozess
• Zuweisung der Arbeitskr\\xc3\\xa4fte f\\xc3\\xbcr ihre jeweiligen Schichten
• \\xc3\\x9cberwachung der festgelegten Produktionsprozesse, Einhaltung der zeitlichen Vorgaben sowie Pr\\xc3\\xbcfung der Qualit\\xc3\\xa4t und Quantit\\xc3\\xa4t
• Engagement in der fortlaufenden Optimierung von Produktionsanlagen und -verfahren sowie kontinuierliche Steigerung der Effizienz der Produktionslinie durch aktive Mitarbeit

Erwartetes Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich (Milch- oder Lebensmitteltechnologe) oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Technisches Geschick und Probleml\\xc3\\xb6sungsf\\xc3\\xa4higkeiten
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
