We are searching an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Specialist with a deep understanding of Positive and Negative Time Management as well as Absence and Attendance Management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting SAP HCM, with a specific focus on the Time Management module.
The main tasks and responsibilities include

• Lead configuration, testing, and maintenance efforts related to the SAP HCM Time Management module
• Understand and document business requirements, translating them into system specifications within the SAP HCM Time Management context
• Provide subject matter expertise in Positive and Negative Time Management as well as Absence and Attendance Management
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize the functionality of the SAP HCM Time Management module, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategies
• Develop and deliver robust reporting solutions in SAP HCM
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective usage of the SAP HCM Time Management module
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution related to the SAP HCM Time Management module

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP HCM, specifically focusing on Time Management
• Comprehensive understanding of Positive and Negative Time Management as well as Absence and Attendance Management in the SAP HCM context
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and data
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget
• SAP HCM certification is required
• Experience with EPI-USE Flow is a plus
• Fluency in French is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP security administration is a plus
