Your Team

The Swiss SAP Practice is the presales and delivery team across Switzerland in charge to drive the rapid expansion of our SAP business in the Renewable Enterprise Domain (S/4HANA, BTP and SaaS/PaaS Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud). We spend every day focused on developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them get the best business value from their SAP transformation. With more than 500 SAP S/4HANA projects in Europe, a unique value-driven end-to-end transformation approach, Capgemini offers you to work on the most interesting SAP S/4HANA projects in Switzerland

Your key responsibilities

Act as Solution Architect

-Responsible for the design, development and deployment of all SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) planning and reporting solutions as per business requirements

-Main point of contact for vendor management (SAP product support)

-Liaise with architects from other domains like HANA BTP and Machine Learning to build an end-to-end consistent and scalable EPM (Enterprise Performance management) solution

Act as an overall PM (Project Manager) for the EPM Projects

-Lead a team comprising of 10-15 onshore, nearshore and offshore resources

-Plan and deliver project milestones

-Carry the overall responsibility for AMS (Application Management Services)

Act as an EM (Engagement Manager)

-Engage and develop further business opportunities with the clients

-Onboard junior talents on the Swiss and European labour market and upskill them for project delivery

-Leverage the right resources (onshore, nearshore and offshore)

-Increase efficiency and productivity of the project teams

-Ensure the right level of management reporting to reflect the current state of the project and to anticipate potential risks

What we expect from you
  • Minimum 15 years of overall work experience in IT
  • Minimum 10 years of experience on similar position
  • MBA or other related advanced degree in Management, Finance and Accounting.
  • SAP Certification in SAC and S4HANA Finance
  • Excellent understanding and customizing capabilities of tools, processes and methodologies used in Financial Planning and Reporting
  • Comprehensive background in the design and configuration of driver-based planning and reporting solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Ability to work under pressure and critical project deadlines
  • Excellent technical and coordination skills in order to bring quick resolution for any issues encountered by end users
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to different client contexts
  • English fluency is mandatory - French is a plus
  • Flexibility and availability to travel
