You as a Digital Accounts specialist will be part of the team managing Dickies\\xe2\\x80\\x99 European business within Digital Accounts, among which Amazon and ASOS.
You will be responsible for delivering sustainable long-term growth through the effective implementation of the brands strategic objectives and distribution strategy whilst protecting brand equity.
Success in the role will come through constant collaboration with all internal business units: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Merchandising and Marketing combined with a strong desire to maximize all commercial opportunities through world class key account management
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
Maintaining the monthly sales forecasting in line with agreed targets - with a strong focus on \\xe2\\x80\\x98Gross to Net\\xe2\\x80\\x99 management
Creating, reviewing and presenting (in collaboration with Digital Marketplace Merchandising Manager), an account specific assortment plan on a seasonal basis using sound analysis, market-driven data, consumer and channel-relevant buying trends
Owning and developing both internal and Amazon-based reporting tools to maximise commercial opportunities and at the same time limit Dickies\\xe2\\x80\\x99 risk and exposure within the accounts
Managing and maintaining the Product Catalogue for existing ASINs and Commitment Plan creation for new product
In line with Go to Market plans, establishing a rolling forecast model to support the growth and maintenance of a healthy business
Establishing and maintaining a strong strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Managing all operational and commercial aspects of the Digital accounts\\xe2\\x80\\x99 businesses within the parameters of Dickies\\xe2\\x80\\x99 service model framework
Collect, enter and maintain pre-book and in-season sales orders
Skills for Success
You should be a driven, energetic and result oriented professional with strong ability to multitask, with:
A minimum of 2 years key account management within sports/lifestyle brands or FMCG.
Analytical Skills (high proficiency of Microsoft Excel) and Strategic thinking
A sound understanding of the online pure play channel with a sense of curiosity
Proven record in creating strong internal and external working relationships
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree preferably in a Business-related subject, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
