Job Description

\\nTasks
  • Provide complete information flow via e-mail, phone etc. with potential customers (from first contact mail till contract signature), including coordination with other departments wherever additional know-how is needed
  • Elaboration of financial offers upon decision taken by Bid Committee
  • Preparation, execution, and follow-up of AMOS product presentations in the EMEA region. You will present features, benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages.
  • Development of trusting relationships with potential customers and other third parties to increase opportunities.
  • Preparation of complete tender documents (in the context of RFIs, RFPs\\xe2\\x80\\xa6), including coordinating the input of other departments (where needed)
  • Continuously supporting Swiss-AS in the process of increasing the efficiency of the sales process.
  • Participate in sales events, such as exhibitions, conferences, and special events

Requirements
  • You have professional experience in the aviation industry and technical acumen of the software industry.
  • Effective time management in dealing with a high volume of leads and ensuring that each lead is appropriately nurtured and followed up on.
  • You are a natural collaborator and networker
  • You have excellent communication skills and are ready to interact with people from various technical backgrounds and different cultures, i.e. you are able to listen and be responsive to the needs of the potential customers
  • Work experience in software sales is an advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (corporate language is English); German is an advantage
  • You are proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
  • You are willing to travel
