Der Sales Operations Executive (m/w/d) hat eine vielseitige Drehscheiben Funktion im Unternehmen und ist verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr die termingerechte und korrekte Abwicklung der t\\xc3\\xa4glichen operativen und administrativen Aufgaben, mit dem Ziel, gemeinsam mit dem Team einen qualitativ hohen Kundenservice zu gew\\xc3\\xa4hrleisten und die Kundenbindung zu st\\xc3\\xa4rken.

Responsibilities:

Auftragserfassung sowie Backlogmanagement

Beantworten von Kundenanfragen; Stornierungen, Lieferterminanfragen, After Sales Management, etc.

Vorantreiben von Prozess- und Systemoptimierungen

Erarbeiten von L\\xc3\\xb6sungsmassnahmen bei der Analyse von potentiellen Problemen oder bestehenden Kundenreklamationen

Knowledge Skills and Experience

Kauffrau/Kaufmann EFZ oder gleichwertige kaufm\\xc3\\xa4nnische Ausbildung

Fundierte Kenntnisse mit MS-Office und SAP SD

Strukturiertes, exaktes und selbstst\\xc3\\xa4ndiges Arbeiten

Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilit\\xc3\\xa4t und Belastbarkeit

Sehr gute Franz\\xc3\\xb6sisch und Deutsch Kenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil

Arbeitszeit: 80-90%
