We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager role, based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Maintain continual updates in Salesforce
Drive business expansion by acquiring new customers
Ensure retention and growth of current accounts
Introduce and establish new business ventures
Oversee designated Key Accounts (KAM)
Develop a targeted sales list and construct a robust sales pipeline
Enhance profitability within the assigned portfolio
To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
5+ years of experience leading business and market development
Experience in Air & Ocean solutions
Bachelor\\\'s degree or higher (preferred)
Track record of results in a fast-paced environment
Experience of business development/sales in logistics
Thorough knowledge of the product line within the relevant areas
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must speak French and be willing to travel
