About the Role

• As a Sales Associate at Claire\\\'s, you will be responsible for: \\n
• Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales \\n
• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service \\n
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience \\n
• Demonstrating Claire\\\'s products \\n
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge \\n
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions \\n
• Ear piercing (you will receive full training) \\n
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers \\n

About You

• \\n
• Some high school required \\n
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills \\n
• Basic computer skills \\n
• Understands the importance of Customer Service \\n
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills \\n
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts \\n
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally \\n
• Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting Customers \\n
• Ability to operate POS system \\n
