\\n For one of our clients based in Geneva, a renowned international company, we are looking for a Relocation Manager to join them as soon as possible.
Your responsabilities:
Relocation
- Facilitate the entire relocation process (in & out) with various providers and coordination of temporary/permanent accommodation upon arrival - Complete review of leases before submission to Legal department - Provide continuous support to employees during their assignment in Geneva - Act as central point of contact for the real estate agencies and landlords for issues or queries that require HQ involvement or decision
Administration
- Manage company apartments (allocation, new leases, terminations, etc.) - Check and reconcile year-end utilities (heating recaps) for flats - Manage incoming physical mail and local storage for leases and employee files
Finance & Reporting
- Prepare and control monthly payroll instructions for rent/housing and schooling support provided to eligible employees - Provide the \"Operating Leases\" report to Finance on a monthly basis - Handle invoicing process ) - Cross-charge relocation costs to the relevant cost centers on a monthly basis
Your profile :
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in managing global mobility (experience from multinational organisations is a plus) - You are at ease with financial reportings - You are a confident MS Office user (SAP HR is beneficial) - Fluent in English and French is a must - Knowledge of the Geneva housing market would be an asset - You are organized, detail oriented and you manage priorities well - You are digitally adept and have a keen eye for the future ways of working.
