You are a Software Change and Release Manager. You have experience of working in large, complex international environments. You have worked in eCommerce and Digital Innovation.

Our client is looking for you to schedule, manage and co-ordinate their sofware application releases across their eCommerce platforms and environments.
You will be responsible for:
Planning the application release cycles;
Managing and mitigating risks;
Owning the release calendar;
Ensuring clear and timely communication to ensure technical environment availability.
Identifying co-dependencies;
Guaranteeing change and release readiness for all applications and packages.
With a proven background in Change and Release Management within a technical eCommerce environment, working to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, you will be a strong communicator capable of guiding the Change Advisory board in best practices and enforcing the principles defined by the Release, Support and QA teams.
As well as owning and maintaining the Change and Release dashboard monitoring each application and its life cycle, you will work with the various technical teams and stakeholders to achieve continuous integration, delivery and deployment (CI/CD) to streamline and automate the Change and Release processes.
Your internal stakeholders will be technical and business teams. You will communicate with and advise Program Managers, Product Owners, Test Managers, Support and Development teams and ensure that the KPIs defined by each are measured and analysed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Change and Release processes.
You will come directly from a technical Change and Release position and looking to continue your growth in an international environment.
Previous experience as a project manager or in a service delivery role would be useful.
Ideally with experience in eCommerce, you will have a good technical grounding of concepts such as APIs, micros-services, ERP, CRM, Cloud.
You will also be an excellent communicator capable of conflict resolution and managing continual improvement.
Knowledge of Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence will be very useful and you will be expected to have worked in Agile environments.
Fluency in English is a must with French a clear asset.
