Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends, and leverage insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns for the assigned portfolio. Collaborate with product management to develop compelling value propositions, positioning, and messaging for product offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, including sales presentations, collateral, and training materials, to support the selling process. Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends, and provide recommendations for adjusting marketing strategies and tactics. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and partners, to drive brand awareness and advocacy. Your qualifications Bachelor\\\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in downstream marketing, product marketing, or related roles within the Medical devices industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, particularly in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market research data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
