Your focus will be to establish and manage a network of regional distributors to successfully drive commercial growth within the Latin American region (ex-Brazil).
In the role, you will act as an Inpeco\\\'s local ambassador, fanatically promoting the need for higher levels of automation and traceability over the Total Testing Process (TTP) within the region and ensuring alignment of local distributors partners towards Inpeco Company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s goals.
How you will make an impact:
Through your existing contacts, establish a regional network of strong local distributors that are in-line with Inpeco standards.
Take full ownership of the Distribution Business within the region, ensuring that local distribution partners are integrated, aligned, motivated, supported and are performing to exceed revenue targets.
Define annual budgets and develop and execute annual strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Provide sales forecast and detailed reports for HQ management as per requested.
Maintain direct contact with key institutions within the region.
Putting available systems into practice (CRM for leads, opportunity, and deal registration management) for high efficiency and standardization.
Acting as an agent of change and challenging company processes for continuous improvement.
Education - Degree level in Healthcare or Business (administration, economics) or a solid experience in Laboratory Medicine or Anatomical Pathology within the region.
Experience \\xe2\\x80\\x93 At least 10+ years of working in an international Healthcare organization (at least 5+ years in a B2B management position), within a matrix environment, working remotely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Service, Product Application and Finance.
Track record - Proven track record of driving success in international B2B management, preferably with large-scale and sophisticated products involved in complex projects.
Leadership \\xe2\\x80\\x93 Being responsible, accountable, and autonomous, experience in guiding all company resources effectively.
Excellent analytical and communication skills (Spanish and English) - Ability to manage multiple priorities and wear many hats in a fast-paced and pressured work environment. A proactive, flexible, and pragmatic approach will be required for success.
the Candidate must be a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
the Position will be based within the Latin American region but must be close to a major airport.
