Key Responsibilities :-
Manage dsm-firmenich long term business development for the Sweet Goods and Beverage Categories in Taste with a major key global account (Nestle) in Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME). Lead and manage the account on a regional level to grow sales and profitability according to the set global and regional objectives. Contributes to the global strategy of Nestle as articulated from the Global Head TTH for the Nestle Account and continues to support and sustain the ways of working and governance as well as highlighting possible risks and opportunities.
Provides category leadership on sales activities and constantly seeks new business opportunities along the entire value chain, including disruptive innovation ideas.
Leads the business strategy and growth for Europe, Africa and Middle East (EAME) and coordinates the local country account manager activities in these regions.
Be the customers\\\' \\\'voice\\\' within dsm-firmenich, issuing comprehensive action reports and effectively communicating with all internal partners: Technical, Creation, Marketing, Innovation, Pricing, Operations.
Manage customer projects, in close collaboration with the BU teams and support functions from both Taste and Ingredient Solutions within Taste, Texture and Health.
Develop sales forecasts and monitor expenses in line with the budget.
Implement commercial agreements, as well as corporate commercial strategies.
Ensures that dsm-firmenich remains the clients\\\' preferred partner.
Maintains and develops strong network within customer network which continues to result in a successful long-term business relationship.
Contributes to validate the requirements for the identification and selection of new technologies/solutions.
Drives Taste, Texture and Health development projects together with all internal partners proactively.
You bring:
+ 10 years of successful experience in the international Food industry
Ability to develop successful client relationship with large accounts.
Advanced Sales and Negotiation skills
Strong drive for results and strategic thinking
Thorough business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a sound ability to deal with ambiguity.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills, with a thorough team player mindset
Food industry technical knowledge will be an advantage.
English fluent (C1) and French as asset
