Job Description
You will support our recruitment team proactively in the whole recruitment process. This includes the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Acting as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for recruitment related inquiries
- Scheduling Interviews, arranging assessments, and triggering of background checks
- Creating job advertisements in collaboration with our hiring managers
- Representing and promoting our recruitment organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data
- Creating employment contracts
- Maintaining our documents library and keeping all forms up to date
The ideal candidate should:
- have commercial education, further education as an HR assistant would be a great advantage
- have first experience in Human Resources, preferably at a bank
- be comfortable dealing with administrative tasks
- be proficient in German, English and MS Office; knowledge of the HR system Workday is a clear advantage
- have a very precise, structured and efficient way of working
- be an independent, proactive, reliable and customer-oriented professional who is flexible, motivated and enjoys being part of a dynamic team
