Responsibilities:

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Responsible for the independent management of a real estate portfolio consisting of condominiums, co-ownership as well as rental and commercial properties

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Organization and management of condominium owners\\\' meetings and taking of minutes

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, craftsmen and janitors

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Holistic handling of rentals (from the inspection, to the issuing of rental contracts, to warranty inspections, the preparation of a budget, the periodic property inspections including condition reports, any heating oil orders, to the final settlement and account assignment of invoices)

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Carrying out apartment inspections and handovers in the event of a change of tenant

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f If interested, taking over marketing projects (sale and initial letting)

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Support with lease changes, rent changes as well as indexed rent adjustments

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Monitoring rent policy and advising property owners on setting rent levels

These are your qualifications and strengths:

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Federal diploma in real estate management or basic commercial training with experience in real estate management

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Experience in the property software ImmoTop | ImmoTop 2

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f High customer orientation and ability to work in a team

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Networked way of thinking and precise way of working

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Affinity for new technologies and digitalization

\\xe2\\x97\\x8f Business fluent in written and spoken German, knowledge of English and Italian an advantage
