\\n Our client, a mid-sized pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, is seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Quality Compliance Head to join their dynamic team. With one of the fastest growing R&D departments in all of Switzerland, our client offers a unique opportunity for professional and personal growth.
As a mid-sized company, you will have the chance to work more hands-on and make strategic decisions at an executive level, collaborating closely with the senior leadership team.
If you are living outside Switzerland, our client will provide relocation support where necessary.

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all aspects related to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance.
- Drive the development and implementation of compliance strategies, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement efficient processes to ensure compliance throughout the clinical development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated capacity to think strategically and make timely and appropriate decisions in relation to Good Clinical Practice.
- Extensive global audit experience, including leading self inspections.
- Proven track record of people management, including experience in growing a team through hiring.
- Minimum of 10 years\\\' experience in Clinical Quality.
