What impact do you have?
Definition and monitoring of microbiological, chemical/physical and sensory quality standards of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished and finished products
Definition and monitoring of hygiene standards for materials, plant infrastructures and staff
Responsibility/coordination for Q deviations and responsibility for customer complaint processing
Responsible for the preparation of analysis plans, processing of system analysis data, operational release of materials, coordination and interpretation of the analysis results
Collaboration with the HACCP teams of the two sites
Collaboration and support during internal and external audits, inspections, certification and customer audits
What do you offer?
Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in food/pharma industry
Possesses knowledge in sensory and testing
Analytical, entrepreneurial and innovative thinking, goal-oriented
Italian (C1)
English (B1)
German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
