Stellenbeschreibung

• Die GMP-gerechte Durchf\\xc3\\xbchrung und Dokumentation der Aufgaben im Bereich mit Fokus auf Qualit\\xc3\\xa4t des Produktes und der Prozesse
• Verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr das selbstst\\xc3\\xa4ndige Erstellen, Testen und Umsetzen von Rezepten, WinCC-Advanced Phasen und UNICORN Methoden (Anpassungen/Optimierungen oder Neuerstellungen) unter Change control
• Verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr die Implementierung von neuen Prozessen und Produkten
• Verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr das selbstst\\xc3\\xa4ndige Erstellen und Umsetzen von Change Management Items
• Verantwortlich f\\xc3\\xbcr die Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von St\\xc3\\xb6rungsrapports und WinCC Alarmreports
• Mitarbeit bei der Abkl\\xc3\\xa4rung von Prozessabweichungen im Aufgabenbereich
• Mitarbeit beim Optimieren der Prozessabl\\xc3\\xa4ufe von PLS/MES, Rezepten, Phasen und Methoden
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von SOPs im Aufgabengebiet
• Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung der Produktion bei Fragen zu PLS/MES, Rezepten, Phasen und Methoden, Batch Record Review
• Meldung unsicherer Arbeitsbedingungen und Handlungen.
• Aufrechterhaltung des Quality-Systems beim Basel Biotech Manufacturing.
• Lieferung qualitativ hochwertiger Produkte an den Patienten.
• Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Anforderungen von neuen Prozessen f\\xc3\\xbcr Rezepte und MES Stammdaten gem\\xc3\\xa4ss Vorgabedokumente
• Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Anforderungen von neuen Prozessen auf den vorhandenen PUs (UNIORN, WinCC-Advanced etc.)
• Aufrechterhaltung und Sicherstellung von Rezeptierkonzepten
• Aufrechterhaltung und Anwendung der Modultechnik bei Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing durch entsprechende Gremien
• F\\xc3\\xbchrung und Organisation der anfallenden Aufgaben im Bereich Rezept, Phasen- und Methodenerstellung bei Produkttransfers
• Koordination der Rezeptieraktivit\\xc3\\xa4ten bei Technical Transfers oder Projekten nach spezieller Zuweisung
• Anlage- und prozessspezifische Schulung der Mitarbeiter/innen

Erwartetes Profil

• Abgeschlossene Lehre als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe/in mit min. 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossenes Studium in chemischer/biochemischer Verfahrenstechnik (oder vergleichbar) mit min 3. Jahren Berufserfahrung
• Fundiertes Wissen im Betreiben, qualifizieren und automatisieren von Anlagen in der chemischen und pharmazeutischen Industrie im GMP Umfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Automations relevanter Software (PCS 7) der Anlagen im eigenen Zust\\xc3\\xa4ndigkeitsbereich
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Prozesses im eigenen Zust\\xc3\\xa4ndigkeitsbereich
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
