• Establish project scope, define objectives, and collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget planning to optimize efficiency.
• Implement risk assessment strategies, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to streamline project execution.
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Trello to track progress and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Drive collaboration between internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones.

Your Qualifications

• A bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree or higher, with at least 15 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biopharmaceuticals.
• Extensive background in drug-device combination products and a strong understanding of compliance standards.
• A minimum of 10 years in project management, ideally with a PMP certification or equivalent.
• Expertise in design controls, risk management, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
