\\nJob Description:For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead their HRIS transformation program. This is a unique opportunity to drive a strategic initiative, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of a modern HR information system.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Strategy

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, goals, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business needs.

Project Execution and Management

• Lead a cross-functional project team, providing guidance and strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor and control project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within time and budget constraints.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Facilitate clear and efficient communication among project team members and stakeholders.

Vendor and Resource Management

• Coordinate with vendors and external partners involved in the HRIS transformation.

• Optimize resource allocation to meet project requirements, balancing internal and external capabilities.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure the HRIS transformation program adheres to quality standards and best practices.

• Conduct regular quality assessments and evaluations.

Change Management

• Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive successful adoption of the new HRIS system.

• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and stakeholders.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in managing HRIS transformation projects.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a project team.

• In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, software, and emerging technology trends.

• Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices.

Education & Languages

• Master\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in a relevant field.

• English: Fluent

• French: Advanced

Contract Details

• Fixed-term contract from March 1st to December 31st.
