• Ensure projects are planned and executed in accordance to the companies SOPs
• Responsible for the budget and schedule compliance of the project; report on monthly basis to CEO
• Escalation function in terms of project issues
• Group manager for the company Project Leaders
• Consolidate resource planning for all company projects (ASICs, Modules, ASSPs)
• Resource allocation in alignment with Engineering, Customer, Internal management
• Facilitate gate reviews and monthly project meetings; High level weekly in place
• Foster close team up with all company functions with special focus to Engineering and Testing
• Responsible for all programme management KPI\\\'s
• Support quotations for ASIC and ASSP developments / RfQs
• Owner of the gate process

• Close collaboration with R&D team to ensure flawless execution of projects
• Close team up with system engineer and group leaders Digital and Analog
• Task assignment in alignment with company processes and in collaboration with engineering

• Assume full responsibility for assigned project from project acceptance to industrialization
• Coordinate projects with all interested parties (internal / external)
• Coordinate and orchestrate the align project team
• Coordinate and track work packages and change requests
• Manage and track budget and schedule of assigned project, report on monthly basis to PM
• Reporting to the customer, management and project team
• Ensure close customer follow and prepare customer reporting - facilitate customer meetings
• Prepare gate reviews, project meetings and weekly\\\'s in accordance to company processes
• Track KPI\\\'s for assigned projects
• Proactive cost model maintenance; Contribute at creation (at Gate reviews)
• Identify and mitigate risk of assigned project(s); this by means of adequate use of tools
