Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your financial systems and processes expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You\\\'ll report to Sandra PORTNER - Site Controller in Z\\xc3\\xbcrich, and work alongside young, dynamic and innovative teammates. You\\\'ll be involved in all aspects of site\\\'s operational finance, integrate Alstom\\\'s controlling and reporting standards and solidify together with our team our local processes. Day-to-day, you\\\'ll work closely with teams across the business (HR, engineering / innovation, procurement, general management), supporting decision makers by anticipating risks and trends, collaborating with our global finance community, and much more. You\\\'ll specifically be in charge of carrying out financial controlling, reporting, analysis and forecasting of structural overheads, participate in the closing process in SAP, and act as Finance Business Partner to Site Functional owners.
We\\\'ll look to you for:
End-to-end Productive Cost Center Financial Management
Design and implementation of automatized standard reports to support decision making
Address issues and potentials savings vs. Budget
Maintenance of the Site\\\'s financial presentations and scorecards
Design, mapping, and improvement of internal processes in line with group directives
Driving Cost Productivity

Business degree
Excellent technical skills (SAP, MS Office, BW, QlikView)
2-5 years of related experience in Operational Controlling, Auditing, FP&A
Basic level of Accounting, IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 desired
Capacity to go deep into selected matters & drill-down into a specific issue until full resolution
Previous business partnering experience working with operations
Good understanding of Business and Financial Indicators
Demonstrate Teamwork, Honesty, Integrity, Courage and Conviction
Very good Communication Skills needed with team and with many actors in the organization
Integrate and Understand the bigger picture while working with accuracy and consistency
Hands-on mentality, accept and offer support from other team members to achieve and deliver together timely and relevant information of the highest quality standards
Ability to Work in an International Environment
Resilience, ability to work under pressure and exposure N-1, N-2 or other Finance Managers
German skills desired
