Your tasks:
- Overseeing the introduction of new financial products both on and off balance sheet, including structured products, derivatives across various assets, and SPV-related issuance
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Managing the entire product and service lifecycle from conceptualization through release
- Ensuring all regulatory aspects are considered during the approval process and adhere to regulatory reporting standards
- Working with Agile development teams to refine and prioritize features and stories
- Maintaining Confluence pages for documentation, also participating in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the financial industry with expertise in structuring, origination, and product issuance across various asset classes
- Understanding of regulatory requirements such as ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag and its impact related to product issuance
- Knowledge of SPV-issued processes and familiarity with digital assets is advantageous
- Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum of Scrum, CFA, CAIA, FRM preferred
- Bachelor\\\'s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or or a related field within the financial industry
- Solution-oriented mindset, adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and coherently
