Your skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and/or recruiting environments
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
• Demonstrable experience managing technical integrations with third party providers
• Commercial mind-set and professional relationship building skills
• Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
• A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
• Fluent in English; German and French is a plus

Your Tasks

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our integration with third party Application Tracking Systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions.
• Analyse technical integration specifications to assess partnership opportunity costs and feasibility
• Build and maintain close relationships with external partners and vendors
• Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses.
