\\n \\n For our Medical Devices client based in Zug, we are currently looking for a Procurement SpecialistTasks & Responsibilities:

• Operational and Tactical Procurement Activities
• Supporting the effective procurement of products and services in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining master data: materials, suppliers, and workflows
• Supporting the Procurement organization to ensure that all relevant documentation is complete and

available in SAP (for example RFP, scoring tools and results, Signature Sheets, Contracts, SoWs) * Providing operational procurement support as assigned

• Working with team members and business partners to mitigate any Procurement and/or business issues and

help achieve agreed business goals * Executing operational procurement activities in line with a responsible Procurement approach while usingtools, processes, policy setting, and enforcement in alignment with DOP business processes * Contributing that established targets and metrics on customer service are delivered. Track and monitor thesemetrics where required, and escalate issues as they arise * Supporting the optimization of processes to increase quality and efficiency standardsIdentification of new opportunities to increase efficiency * Work closely and in a consulting manner with operational colleagues across all sides and affiliatesMust Haves:

• Relevant university business degree
• 5+ years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in operational/tactical Procurement processes
• Relevant SAP experience
• Experience with enterprise systems and procure to-pay tools and eSourcing tools; skilled in the Google tool suite
• Life science experience is desirable
• Experience from working in a multicultural, virtual setting
• Fluent in English written and verbal, additional languages are a further advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain networks
• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders both verbally and in writing
• Self-driven personality with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to develop innovative ideas
